Forgiving the unforgivable is a true testimony that there is the spirit of the Living God residing in you.

Holding a grudge for someone will disrupt your relationship with God. It is like a branch being cut off from the tree. You will become lifeless.

It takes unconditional love to be able to forgive someone who inflicted a deep wound in your heart. That is why we cannot do it on our own, as unconditional love can only derive from a perfect God who is synonymous with perfect love.

By not forgiving, you are not taking a revenge on the one you are holding a grudge against. All you are doing is allowing bitterness to consume and choke the new life Christ gave you through HIS saving grace.

Therefore the ultimate beneficiary for forgiving someone is you.

I am sure that some of you have experienced the power behind true forgiveness. Sharing your testimony will truly help those who are struggling in this area.

One last golden suggestion is coming from Paul in Romans 12:14
“Bless those who persecute you; bless and do not curse.”
